The IMITATION of CHRIST

If "they" (whoever "they" are) decided that this material should be in the Bible, right after Revelation, I would be on board with it. This book is THAT good. It is humbling. It is honest. It is penetrating, in a way that allows the reader to see themselves as compared to our Lord, but not in a guilt producing way, but in a "I want to be like you Lord" type of way.

I cant recommend it enough. Its a basic, basic requirement for Christian and personal advancement, and a book that you can re-read ad-infinitum, much like the Bible itself.

A real Treasure.

This was a good read. A classic. If you go to the modern day "Christian" book store you'll be surprised at just how few books there are about Jesus.

The Imitation of Christ is about halfway down the list.

When you click on the title for whichever format you want, it shows you the book in ten sections which I started downloading before I realised that the entire download is at the bottom of the list.
