Hi all,
I had occasion to work on my daughter's computer at the weekend, which had problems that looked like a virus had got past her McAffie protection.

Some time ago I came across a free bit of software; www.Malwarebytes.com anti-Malware. I used this and it was excellent, it found a load of problems. They had more than a dozen Trojans which the program removed to get her desktop running normally again.
